Buying invitations online can be a bit daunting, so we've compiled a small section on how our process works to help you know where you are, every step of the way
Whilst not a requirements, we do strongly recommend purchasing samples from us so that you can see the composition of the invite, feel the quality and assess the details for yourself. We also off a colour swatch book which is an invaluable reference tool when it come to adding a splash of colour to your invites.

Placing an order
If you are happy to proceed to placing an order you can do this one of two ways; firstly you can use our dedicated listings found under their corresponding heading in the menu bar. Pricing on all listings is updated in real time so as you change your selections the price will update accordingly.
Alternatively, if you are not 100% sure you can email us your requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can then set up a custom order. Custom order creation can take up to 5 working days.
Once your order is placed and payment made in full, we begin the proofing process; the process whereby we collect your information via email to produce a digital mock of of your items.
Information requests are sent our within 2 workings day of an order being placed (not including weekend or Bank Holidays or days the Studio is scheduled to be closed - please follow us on Instagram for Studio Closure Updates). We expect all information to be ready at the time of the request, including guest names and addresses if opting for invitation and envelope addressing. Failure to provide this information at the time of request will result in significant delays with your order; please be prepared.
You are given 3 proofing rounds with every order. Each proofing round will take up to 3 workings day to be prepared and sent back to you. This does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. Please do not chase if these three days have no yet passed; the more time we spend answering emails the less time we have to proof, creating more delays.
If you go over 3 proofing rounds, each subsequent ones will be chargeable.

After proofing is finished and you are happy with your invitations, we require you to sign off on them. We will provide a link for you to do this, and following receipt of your sign off your order will enter our production queue.
Do not sign off unless you are 100% happy.
Once you have signed off your order will enter our production queue where it will be printed, wax seals created, pocketfold assembled etc.
Production can take up to 14 working days (not including weekends or Bank Holidays), especially during peak times. Please bear this in mind.
We use 2 different methods of Shipping; Royal Mail if orders are below 2kg in weight (approx 30 invitations), and ParcelForce if over 2kg in weight.
On lighter orders you are give the choice as to what shipping method to use. We strongly recommend that any wedding-related items are purchased using a tracked service.
Any Tracked service will have a tacking number provided to you.
