Our wax seals have the following characteristics:
Samples are available to see selected colours. Please be aware that sample will be sent in designs that we have available and may or may not be sent in the example shown on the listings. Sample are offered if colour is of particular importance, as photos taken can not always replicate colours with 100% accuracy.

Our wax seals are hand made which means every seal will be different. Imperfections such as not 100% round edges, blemishes and differing sizes are to be expected. This is the nature of handmade items and imperfections are part of the process.
Elle Bee Design will not replace or refund any items where the above has not been taken into account. Wax seals cannot be made perfect.
Whilst we have enough in stock to fulfill the average order, larger orders (100 or more) may require longer to make whilst we await stock.
The average lead time is 3-5 workings days.
We do not offer a rush order service. We expect clients to order in plenty of time.
