It's been a really hectic summer for us and it's looking like a hectic autumn and winter too. As a result we're taking a quick break from the studio from Friday 6th-Sunday 15th September, re-opening on Monday 16th.
The website is still very much open for business during this period but orders will naturally be slightly delayed whilst we're shut.
Here's a quick summary about what will and won't happen during our break.
Samples, Cards & Signage
All samples, greetings cards and one-offs (small reception signs, guestbooks) are made-to-order upon receipt, so if you place an order during our break period, these will start to get made from when we return on the 16th. Dependent on volume, we'd hope to get everything caught up by close of play on the 17th.
Invitation & Stationery Orders
You are still very welcome to place full invitation and stationery orders with us during our break period. We will still follow up with email requests for your information / wording so you can get working on this and over to us for when we get back.
All materials for full orders will also be ordered from our suppliers so we have this on-site for when we return, so the impact on timescales will be minimal.
Proofing Work
We've done all we can to catch up on existing orders in terms of proofing; any first drafts or updates to existing proofs will start back up from the 16th.
Email Enquiries
Monitoring of emails during this period will be very minimal. We will periodically check in but, in the main, we'll be in DND mode until we reopen.
