Booking a consult with us can help demystify the options, and get you towards your dream invitations and stationery that bit quicker.
We currently run our consultations via Zoom multiple times a week with additional options for on-site consultations that are for requirements where a little more in-depth chat is required.
Before you book a consultation
Order a Sample
We strongly recommend that couples order a sample before booking a consultation, as this allows you to see and feel our products as well as make choices on colours and invitation style. We can then go over the finer points and questions during the consultation.
Pick your favourite(s)
We only have a short period of time for consultations so it's often best to narrow down your favourite design(s) and style(s) which will help focus the consultation appropriately.

Make sure you're available
We know that sometimes life can get in the way and, in these situations, we realise a need to reschedule.
But we'd politely request that you only book a consultation if you intend to be present. This ensures slots are available for interested couples and that their time, and ours, isn't lost through non-attendance.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, then we require a minimum of 72 hours notice.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge for missed appointments without prior notice.
What's not covered in a consultation
Consultations are reserved as a pre-ordering discussion only. If you want to have a discussion about the proofs you've received or a basic summary of non-bespoke pricing, then please contact us by email rather than booking a consultation.
