3D Acrylic Place Cards - Tortworth
Our 3D Acrylic Place Cards are made from 3mm Acrylic and come in multiple different colours. They can be used on a pate, or laid on a menu card, or they can be place on their flat edge, and stand up at the head of a plate.
- 3mm Acrylic in a choice of colours
- Between 26mm and 33mm High (taller version is for the clip on glass charm) - length determined by name
- Come with plastic protective backing to protect during transport. To be removed upon delivery.
Please remove the film CAREFULLY when the order arrives. We will not replace any that have been broken due to manhandling.
Made for every name of your guests. Template provided after order is placed to provide names.
Please note - special characters or accents cannot be accomodated.
We will email you a template to complete within 48 hours with guest names.
Acrylic place cards are for first names of guests only. An example proof will be shared with you for approval.
Design: 1 week
Production: 1-3 weeks
Each name will have a protective film on the reverse - this must be removed before they can be removed.
We leave this film on to protect the acrylic from scratches.

Acrylic - FAQs
Is there an extended lead time for acrylic?
There's a lot more preparation that goes into acrylic items and then a number of handmade steps after cutting and engraving has taken place.
For larger items - such as welcome signs and table plans - we would suggest ordering at least 10 weeks before the date of the event.
Smaller items don't require quite as much time but we'd still recommend leaving a 4 week window before you need them.
Do I receive a proof?
Acrylic works exactly the same as with our paper-based stationery, you'll receive digital proofs of your item(s) for approval.
How are items shipped?
Smaller items such as drink stirrers and tokens, place cards, table numbers and small signs are all sent via a tracked shipping service.
With larger items such as table plans and welcome signs the default is to collect from our Worcestershire studio upon completion.
If you require delivery then we can arrange a personal delivery of your signage within a 25 mile radius of our studio. Please contact us with the address for delivery so we can check whether this is in the catchment area. The cost for a personal delivery is £25.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection will show as an option at checkout. Time / date will be coordinated with you via email upon completion.
Can you deliver large signage to my house?
We can deliver to a residential address only within 25 miles of our studio. This will need to be agreed upon prior to an order being placed and is chargeable at a cost of £25.

Are samples available?
Colour squares of our acrylic options are available to purchase via the sample page on our website.
What changes can be made?
Sizing is fixed and is as-per the product description listed.
Large signage, table numbers and place card shapes can be selected on the product page.
Font options are listed on each product for you to select from; we only offer the fonts that are currently shown as available.
The design I'd like isn't shown - can I order it?
Not all typography works for acrylic cutting and engraving so we've curated the most suitable fonts for this process. As such not all of our "core" wedding designs are available in acrylic.
