Fabric Wedding Signs
We are extremely excited to have finally launched our designs in a beautiful fabric finish for your wedding day signage.
A blend of 95% cotton with 5% linen in a weight of 230gsm, our fabric wedding signs are available as a welcome sign, table plan and order of the day in three different lengths (custom sizing available upon request).
Unlike our standard foamex table plans, welcome signs and order of the day signs, a fabric wedding sign is perfect for an overseas wedding to provide you with an easy transport option, whilst providing a beautifully elegant and understated centrepiece for your wedding day.
We can even add eyelets to your signage providing additional hanging options, so whether you're using a purpose-built stand, branch of a tree, poster hanger, you'll easily be able to hang the sign at your venue.

What sizes of fabric sign do you offer?
Our fabric signs are all 60cm in width with the option of 90cm, 180cm or 270cm lengths as standard with a folded hem.
Are custom sizes available?
If you'd like either smaller or larger signs then please contact us for a custom quote.
What are your signs made of?
Our fabric signs are made using a blend of 95% cotton with 5% linen, in a weight of 228gsm.
Do you offer alternative colours?
The fabric used is a natural off-white only and background colour printing is not currently offered as an option.
For text black is strongly recommended but alternative text colours can be used upon request.
How will I display a fabric sign at my venue?
Fabric signage is ideal for a stand and can trail at the foot of the stand for an eye-catching display combined with florals, candles and alike.
You can even use a clothes rack, attach to a branch outside, use a poster hanger, with the option of adding eyelets if required.
How long does a fabric sign take?
It’s likely that your sign(s) will be part of a larger order for multiple stationery and signage items; in which case we’d suggest placing your order 6-8 weeks before your wedding date so we can proof all items before approval and dispatch together in a single consignment.
If you’re ordering a welcome sign alone then you will receive this within 1-2 weeks of proofing approval and, as proofing is limited with a welcome sign, that stage of the process is normally concluded very quickly.
Can signs be double-sided?
Sadly not, all fabric signage is offered on a single-sided basis only.
