After you place your order we will email you with a request for your wording and details within 48 hours; you won’t need to enter this on the website.
Your order includes an initial proof after you supply your details, along with two sets of revisions if required. We intend to send the first draft within 5 business days of receipt.

Our menus are very versatile, they can be provided with the full list of menu items, or individualised to each guest with guest name printing on the card itself, or a decorative coloured tag.
Layout, wording and formatting is entirely adjustable in proofing.
Menus are included in an optional day stationery pack when ordering invitation samples here.

Menus - FAQs
What can be customised?
Our menu cards are fully adjustable. For example you can have the word “Menu” at the top of the card, or a phrase like “Let’s Eat”, you can have “Starter, Main, Dessert”, “To Start, To Follow, To Finish” or numbers, and so on.
How do personalised guest choices work?
If you’ve provided your guests with a choice of meal options then each menu card can be individually personalised to each guest. After you place your order we will send you a template to complete with these details.
To save on time in proofing we will share a selection of menus that cover all of the menu choices so you can see layout, presentation and composition.
You have the choice of the guest name being printed on the menu card itself, or added to a coloured tag which can be attached either by a teardrop clip or wax seal.
Can I have a custom size or shape?
Absolutely. If you have a custom requirement please contact us to discuss. The standard size of a menu card is 95mm x 210mm with guest name tags being 25mm x 75mm.
Are menus with tags assembled?
No. For the sake of safe transit menus and tags are sent separately, requiring you to attach them upon receipt.
We only need a menu per table, can this be done?
When you’re configuring your order you’ll see options for either “Per Guest” or “Per Table”, so select the latter if you only need one per table. If choosing this option you’ll have a number of size choices, similar to table numbers.
How long will my order take?
It’s likely that your menus will be part of a larger order for multiple stationery and signage items; in which case we’d suggest placing your order 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. If you’re ordering menu cards alone then you should have these within 1-2 weeks without personalised guest menu choices or within 4 if including individualised choices.
What printing options are available?
Menus are digitally-printed on 300-350gsm cardstock; foil press and letterpress is also available for menus that don’t include personalised guest menu choices.
