Sample FAQs
Are samples able to be personalised?
In order to keep the cost of your sample low and the turnaround as swift as possible, all samples are sent on a non-personalised basis.
When it comes to the colour of accessories these are sent in colours that we have available and in stock at the time of your order.
How long will my order take?
We typically ship samples every 2 days and are sent using a 48hr service.
Do I need to order a sample before placing a full order with you?
Technically you don’t have to but it is strongly encouraged and recommended. No website can accurately display physical colour as an exact match for what you receive physically and we think it’s important that you get a feel for tactile goods so you can assess the material and print quality.
Wedding stationery is tactile, so viewing solely on a website – in our opinion – is no substitute for seeing items in person.
