After you place your order we will email you with a request for your guest names / information within 48 hours; you won’t need to enter this on the website and we'll send you a template to complete for this.
Your order includes an initial proof after you supply your details, along with two sets of revisions if required. We intend to send the first draft within 5 business days of receipt.

You can opt for first names only or full names and either include / exclude a table number.
Shortened menu options can be added to the reverse of each tent-fold place card.

FAQs | Place Cards
Where are menu options printed?
If you’d like guest menu choices printed then these will be on the back of each place card when folded. Guest menu choices are only available for tent-fold place cards with flat place cards featuring guest names only.
Can I include a table number on the place card?
Some of our designs feature this as standard but, for the sake of easy organising, if you did want a table number added then this can be done.
How do I get guest names / menu choices to you?
After you place your order with us we will email you with a template to complete. We tend to proof a selection rather than all place cards for the sake of speed, so you’ll be approving layout, composition and presentation rather than each individual card.
How long will my order take?
It’s likely that your place cards will be part of a larger order for multiple stationery and signage items; in which case we’d suggest placing your order 6-8 weeks before your wedding date. If you’re ordering place cards alone then you should have these within 2-3 weeks of ordering.
