Wedding Seating Plans

Blending form and function, our wedding seating plans are an eye-catching centrepiece for your wedding day.

Boards are available in A2 (420mm x 594mm) or A1 (594mm x 841mm) sizes. For A2 we UV-print these internally on foamex in either 5mm or 10mm thickness, or luxury 3mm acrylic. A1 boards are available on foamex only and printed externally.

Foamex boards can be coloured using ink with acrylic boards having over 20 colour shades to choose from.

Hanging holes can also be added if you have a nice frame to hang the seating plan from.

If your preference is for fabric rather than foamex or acrylic, then you can find our range of fabric seating plans here.

Wedding Seating Plans - Information

What sizes of table plan do you offer?

Our seating plans are provided in either an A2 (420mm x 594mm) or A1 (594mm x 841mm) size.

A2 boards are printed internally using our UV printer for both foamex and acrylic, A1 boards (foamex only) are printed externally.

Do you offer double-sided printing?

Not as standard. If you do need double-sided printing as a custom order then please contact us for a quote.

Can I have a custom shape?

We do have the ability to have foamex cut to shape and acrylic laser-cut into shapes such as arched or wavy. If you need this please contact us for more details.

How can I be sure I'm picking the right colour?

If you're choosing acrylic then you have the option of buying sample pieces - head to our sample page here to do this.

For foamex boards colour is solely generated using ink as foamex is a pure white material and all colours shown should be viewed as approximate.

A very important note is that A2 boards and A1 boards are printed in different locations on different printers, so if you choose the same colour and mix sizes between multiple signs, they will likely not be an exact match.

In which case if colour is critical to you we'd strongly recommend choosing white and accessorising instead.

What table plan layout options are available?

This is very flexible. Generally your seating layout will either be traditional – multiple circular tables – or banquet-style – long tables with guests sat either side. And all of our designs can be provided with either, and in both cases this can either include or exclude the presence of a traditional top table.

Can I use table names rather than numbers?

Yes! However if you are a fan of symmetry it's important to keep your table names as consistent in length as possible.

I want a themed table plan, can you help?

This will honestly depend on the theme you're looking to incorporate, as we can work on a bespoke basis if needed.

One thing we won't do is touch copyright material, such as Harry Potter, Disney, Marvel, etc.

How will I display a table plan at my venue?

In most cases an easel will be perfect for displaying your seating plan and we’ve chosen thick materials to ensure the sign doesn’t bow when added to an easel at a larger size.

All signs also have the option for holes to be added in the top corners to provide you with the option of hanging from a decorative frame.

How long does a table plan take?

It’s likely that your table plan will be part of a larger order for multiple stationery and signage items; in which case we’d suggest placing your order 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.

If you’re ordering a table plan alone then you will receive these items within 1-2 weeks of proofing approval.

How are table plans shipped?

Table plans are sent via a tracked courier service in rigid, protective packaging. This will be sent separately to other stationery items so if you have smaller items as well you can expect two consignments.

You also have the option to collect from our studio if preferred.
