After you place your order we will email you with a request for your information within 48 hours; you won’t need to enter this on the website.
Your order includes an initial proof after you supply your details, along with two sets of revisions if required. We intend to send the first draft within 5 business days of receipt.
Design: 1-2 weeks
Production: 1 week
Custom phrasing can be used, layout and formatting can be adjusted where required.
We will need to know your stand/display size so that we can accurately position any text.
If you do not know, then we will position it where we see fit dependant on design. We will not replace or refund any signs that are not printed in the correct place if you have not provide adequate details of how it will be displayed.

What sizes of fabric welcome sign do you offer?
Our fabric welcome signs are all 60cm in width with the option of 90cm, 180cm or 270cm lengths as standard with a folded hem. Please see our T's and C's for more details regarding sizing.
Are custom sizes available?
If you'd like either smaller or larger welcome signs then please contact us for a custom quote.
What are your fabric welcome signs made of?
Our fabric welcome signs are made using a blend of 95% cotton with 5% linen, in a weight of 228gsm.
Do you offer alternative colours?
The fabric used is a natural off-white only and background colour printing is not currently offered as an option.
For text black is strongly recommended but alternative text colours can be used upon request.
What is customisable?
Text and formatting is entirely customisable to suit requirements.
For example you may wish to have a phrase ("We're So Glad You're Here" // "The Party Starts Here" // "Welcome to our Forever", etc). First names only or full names can be used, date formatting can be adjusted to be formal, informal, numerals only, and so on.
All orders receive up to three proofing rounds to make sure we can get everything perfect for you before we go to print.
How will I display a fabric sign at my venue?
Fabric signage is ideal for a stand and can trail at the foot of the stand for an eye-catching display combined with florals, candles and alike.
You can even use a clothes rack, attach to a branch outside, use a poster hanger, with the option of adding eyelets if required.
How long does a fabric sign take?
It’s likely that your sign(s) will be part of a larger order for multiple stationery and signage items; in which case we’d suggest placing your order 6-8 weeks before your wedding date so we can proof all items before approval and dispatch together in a single consignment.
If you’re ordering a welcome sign alone then you will receive this within 1-2 weeks of proofing approval and, as proofing is limited with a welcome sign, that stage of the process is normally concluded very quickly.
Can signs be double-sided?
Sadly not, all fabric signage is offered on a single-sided basis only.
