After you place your order we will email you with a request for your information within 48 hours and any template(s) we require completing; you won’t need to enter this on the website.
Your order includes an initial proof after you supply your details, along with two sets of revisions if required. We intend to send the first draft within 5 business days of receipt.

Seating Plan
Layout is entirely flexible for either traditional or banquet-style dining. Custom table names rather than numbers can be used and layout of tables and guest names will be adjusted to suit. Custom phrases - "We saved you a seat", "Our Favourite People", "Your seat awaits", etc - can be included.
Order of the Day
Iconography can either be removed or included.

What sizes do you offer?
Seating plans, welcome signs and order of the day signs are available in either A2 (420mm x 594mm) or A1 (594mm x 841mm) sizes. A1 is the most popular. Our signage is printed directly onto 5mm foamex.
Can my welcome sign have custom wording?
Yes! Some of our designs already show examples with custom phrasing – for example “We’re so glad you’re here”, “The party starts here”, and so on – so you’ll just need to let us know what wording you’d like to include when it comes to proofing.
Do you offer double-sided printing?
We do; many couples often like to have a seating plan on one side of the board and a welcome sign on the other. This technically gets three uses out of a single item; a welcome at the start of the day, the sit down meal, then welcome for the evening reception.
Can I have a custom size or shape?
Many of our designs already have the option for different shapes but if yours isn’t noted, contact us to discuss. Similarly if you’re after an alternative or increased size, let us know and we’ll work out a custom quote for you.
Can I have signs in colour?
Absolutely. We won’t get you to select this when ordering but just let us know in proofing and we’ll be sure to use your chosen colour(s). Just one recommendation though, don’t opt for “gold” in digital print, as it’ll likely never look as you want it to!
What layout options are available for seating plans?
This is very flexible. Generally your seating layout will either be traditional – multiple circular tables – or banquet-style – long tables with guests sat either side. And all of our designs can be provided with either, and in both cases this can either include or exclude the presence of a traditional top table.
How do I display a large sign at my venue?
In most cases an easel will be perfect for displaying your signage and we’ve chosen 5mm foamex – as opposed to 3mm, or mountboard – to ensure the sign doesn’t bow when added to an easel.
All signs also have the option for holes to be added in the top corners to provide you with the option of hanging from a decorative frame.
Do you do custom signs?
Please contact us to discuss this; in the past we’ve created unplugged ceremony signs, signs that incorporate directions, and so on.
Can I have an order of the day sign with / without icons?
Yes. Some of our designs show iconography as standard which can be removed if required, whilst some don’t show iconography and this can be added for you. We have a standard selection of images that can be used which we’ll send upon request, so you can assign an image to each of the “events” in your day.
What printing methods are available?
Our larger signage is all digitally-printed onto 5mm foamex. Acrylic signage is also available; see the acrylic section on our website for more details.
How long does it take?
It’s likely that your signage will be part of a larger order for multiple stationery and signage items; in which case we’d suggest placing your order 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.
If you’re ordering signage alone then you will receive these items within 1 week of proofing approval.
How will my order be shipped?
All large signage is sent via a tracked courier service in rigid, protective packaging. Signage is sent separately to other stationery items so if you have smaller items as well you can expect two consignments.
You also have the option to collect from our studio if preferred.
