Camden - Wedding Paddle Fan
5" x 7" Wedding Paddle Fan from our Camden Collection.
- Size 177mm x 127mm or 5" x 7"
- Cardstock 300gsm / 324gsm / 350gsm depending on cardstock selected.
- Handle 2mm thick wooden handle approx. 12cm long (this will differ from fan to fan as these are assembled by hand)
After you place your order we will email you with a request for your wording and details within 48 hours; you won’t need to enter this on the website.
Your order includes an initial proof after you supply your details, along with two sets of revisions if required. We intend to send the first draft within 5 business days of receipt.
These fans are made by hand, so require a longer production time. Please keep this in mind.

Wording, formatting and layout can all be adjusted to suit your content.
We can also print on coloured cardstock for either one side or both.
We can also foil/Letterpress these fans so please contact us directly if you wish to add foiling or letterpress. These are charged at a higher rate.
Order of Service - FAQs
How many fans do I need?
We typically suggest 1 fan per guest. They can be placed on their chair ready for the ceremony. Children do not require a fan.
What size are the fans?
They are approximately 5" x 7" or 177mm x 127mm excluding the handle. the handle is approximately 12cm long.
What are the fans made from?
Fans are made using a method called Duplexing, whereby two sheets are card are stuck together around the wooden handle. Each piece of card is between 342gsm and 350gsm depending on the cardstock chosen. The wooden handle is 2mm thick and is adhered to the inside of the fan.
Can I have anything else printed on the fan?
Whilst our example show a Ceremony breakdown and an order of the day, you are able to use each side for whatever information you see fit.
The exception to this is photographs as we do not print these onto our stationery.
Custom artwork can be included however. Please contact us directly regarding adding custom artwork so we can give you a cost for our artists to create something for you.
Can you use a picture of our venue?
If this is something you already have ready to use then we can do this; we’d just recommend that you send it to us in advance and that you confirm you have the approval to use the image.
If you have commissioned a sketch or drawing prior using our artist, then we can of course include this for you.

How long do the fans take to make?
Each fan is made entirely by hand. Therefore please allow up to three weeks for them to be made.
If you need them sooner you order will be subject to a FastTrack which is a chargeable service. Please contact us for details.
Can these be foiled or Letterpressed?
Yes, they can.
You will need to contact us directly for a quote on either adding foil or letterpress. The best way to do this for these types of finishes is via email: hello@ellebeedesign.co.uk
Can these be made in coloured cardstock?
Absolutely! Because we have white ink printers, we are able to make these out of any of our 30 coloured cards.
You can even have one side one colour, and the other side a different colour.
