Choosing the right booklet
It can sometimes be difficult to know whether to opt for a 4, 8, or 12-sided order of service booklet. If you're been provided the content by the person conducting your ceremony then you're welcome to send us this by email, in advance, and we'll be able to advise which one you need.
- Size 148mm x 210mm (A5) when folded
- Cardstock & Paper 300gsm Italian textured cardstock cover(s) / 150gsm Italian textured paper inners with saddle-stitching
- Page Options 4, 8, 12, 16 sides
After you place your order we will email you with a request for your wording and details within 48 hours; you won’t need to enter this on the website.
Your order includes an initial proof after you supply your details, along with two sets of revisions if required. We intend to send the first draft within 5 business days of receipt.
Design: 1-3 weeks
Production: 1 week
Wording, formatting and layout can all be adjusted to suit your content.
A bespoke venue illustration can also be commissioned.

FAQs | Order of Service Booklets
How many pages / sides do I need?
We typically suggest sending us your wording in advance so we can have a quick scan through for what will sensibly work, enabling the service to be easy to follow with large enough type to be read by all of your guests.
On average the most popular is 8-sided. The number of sides includes the front and back cover, so for example an 8-sided version will be:
1 – Front cover (Cardstock)
2 – Inside front cover (Cardstock)
3-6 – Main Content (Paper)
7 – Inside back cover (Cardstock)
8 – Back cover (Cardstock)
Our usual recommendation is to try and keep the inside covers clear of content and / or reserve for a thank you note, or the names of the wedding party.
How many should I order?
Our recommendation is one of two choices - either opt for one per person, or one per couple to share.
What is the booklet made out of?
Order of service booklets are made from a luxury Italian textured paper.
The cover is 300gsm in weight with inner pages (for options of 8 sides and above) being 150gsm.
Can you use a picture of our venue?
We partner with a hugely talented artist who we can commission to provide your venue in either a sketch or watercolour. This can be ordered directly via the website when configuring your order.
How long does it take?
The majority of time spent on an order of service is with proofing, so like with all wedding day stationery we’d recommend placing your order 8 weeks before your wedding date.
Delivery will be via a tracked courier and will take place around 3 working days after approval is received.
Order of service booklets are sent separately to other stationery items so if you have other items as well you can expect two consignments.
You also have the option to collect from our studio if preferred.
Can you provide an order of service for other events?
Absolutely. If you have another event, such as a funeral for example, just contact us as we'll be able to assist.
Do you offer a simpler order of service?
In most cases the 4-sided version will be absolutely fine, as the inside spread will have the main summary of content.
But if you'd prefer something even simpler than this - such as a single-sided card for example - contact us and we can arrange it for you.
